Return / Reflection period

It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected] or via 0513-412730. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Of course you can also bring your purchase to our store. We will then also assess this and after approval we will refund the purchase amount. Here too, the purchase receipt/invoice and fully completed returns form must be present.

Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact us via [email protected] or call 0513-412730. You will, however, bear the costs of returning the product yourself.”

 

I have provided an incorrect delivery address!

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the address for you.

NB:

Refunds will be made via the same payment method(s) used by the consumer unless the consumer expressly gives permission (at the request of the entrepreneur) for a different payment method.

An exception to this right of withdrawal are items that we were allowed to engrave on behalf of the customer. We cannot accept returns of these items. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment. Have we made an engraving error in relation to the specified text/name/date, etc. we will then replace the item as soon as possible.
